The Measures for Credit Management of Enterprises Registered and Filing with the Customs of the People's Republic of China (Order No. 282 of the General Administration of Customs, hereinafter referred to as the "Credit Management Measures") were promulgated on January 13, 2026 and will come into effect on April 1, 2026. In order to fully and effectively implement the Credit Management Measures, the General Administration of Customs will issue the Announcement on Implementing Simplified Review of Advanced Certification Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement on Simplified Review"). We are now soliciting public opinions on whether there are any issues affecting fair competition in the "Announcement on Simplified Review".
